Amidst this COVID- 19 crisis, i2i Optical is keeping no stones unturned to employ the best COVID 19 Safety Measures for our clients and our staff. Our stores are fully equipped for maintaining a hygienic environment for every visitor.

OUR EFFORT AND COMMITMENT TOWARDS MAINTAINING SAFETY AND HYGIENE:

We have always emphasized on the wellbeing and safety of our staff and clients and that’s why maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene has always been our priority. We are reopening our stores by understanding the risks associated with COVID 19. So we shall maintain our operation by strictly following World Health Organization guidelines. For this we have implemented a few additional measures. 

• We are going to continuously clean and sanitize every touchpoint like door handles, counter tops, table tops, ​railings, eye testing equipment etc.
• Sanitizers will be available at the entrance of our stores for avoiding contamination.
• We are going to have strict rules in place for staff to sanitise their hands every time they assist any client for frame trial.

• In order to maintain strict hygiene and sanitation we have to limit frame trial for clients to only three pieces per member.

• All products and equipment are sanitised before being admitted into the store premises.
• Our Staffs will be using Masks and disposable gloves at all times and shall keep on changing them frequently. 
• Temperature readings of everyone entering the store premises shall be taken. Temperature readings of team members are also going to be taken twice a day.
• If any of the parameters as guided by WHO, are not normal for any of our staff or clients. We shall help them in getting medical examination and medical assistance immediately.
• We have professional agencies and doctors on standby for sanitisation of our stores should there be a case detected with a positive sign of COVID-19.

In order to ensure better standards and protocols our stores are going to have dedicated Hygiene and Safety Managers.

Our clients are appreciating our effort to fight this Pandemic.  Our staff members have also welcomed our initiatives. We would additionally like to assure you that none of our team members have tested positive for COVID-19 and are very excited to welcome you back to our store.
